 The Help Desk
Welcome to the Australia On Line Help Desk. This facility will assist members in configuring their computer systems, or resolving connectivity problems. There are four main sections: Dial-up settings Browser Settings E-mail Settings Modems and Telephone Line Issues Help Desk Download We recommend that users download our help desk to their hard drive. In the event of a technical issue, saving these files will enable users to have access to a step by step problem resolution resource, that will assist users in learning how to resolve common problems. It will also be a valuable reference should you need to talk to our help desk. There are two versions that can be selected, a IBM PC version and an Apple Macintosh version. It will take some time for these files to download, we recommend that you download them at the end of your first Internet session.
