Installing Dial up Networking
This page will inform you of how to install Dial up Networking onto your computer, in the case that it does not exist in any form in your "my computer" section or your programs menu.
- To start installing Dial up networking, double click on the My computer icon, as seen below.
- Then double click on the Control-Panel as seen below.
- Double click on the add/remove programs icon.
- Click on the Windows Setup tab, then Double click on the communications option, within the components list.
- Select Dial up Networking by placing a tick in the box to the left.
- Click OK and follow the on screen instructions until your installation is complete.
- This then enables you to continue to setup your computer to connect to the Internet. Go back to the Setup page here.
